The Baga brand, was born from the tradition of his land

Sardinia and from the need to exploit and enhance some of the local products, celebrating the historic features, but at the same time revisiting in a more modern and original features and uses.

For this Baga, given the peculiarities inherent marry tradition with innovation.

In Sardinian, the name literally means "eyelet", which recalls Sardinia's jewels par excellence: buttons,

but also traditional costumes different locations in Sardinia. The products are made using the traditional

fabrics, which normally carry the clothes of the parties and the eyelet then arises as the point of union

between the fabric and the button, which traditionally inserted on eyelets, is the most common

elements across the various costumes of the island.

Traditionally, it embellishes the neck and cuffs of shirts and the corset in both men's and women's garments, while the bracelet is used to embellish the closure.

In addition to the button, Baga uses as ornaments, other characteristic charm that evoke the Sardinian symbolism, such as "su coccu, historically good luck element of tradition, "sa corbula" that is inspired by the wonderful Sardinian craft baskets, "su mamuthones" the characteristic mask of the carnival of Sardinia.

Baga products are handcrafted and each piece is one of a kind. Their uniqueness is due the handmade cutting of the fabric, which cannot be duplicated serially in an accurate manner.

Available in a range of patterns, the selected fabrics stand or their tonal variety and their characteristic decorations.
